My diving and underwater photography career has started in October 1992 on island Phuket on Thailand when I made during snorkelling my first underwater pictures. The expressive colours and different arts of underwater living creatures had such an influence on me that I decided to start with diving. I still remember my first encounter with octopus. Unbelievable! Diving was actually only the necessary way to start dealing with underwater photography. On this way only I was able to capture the snapshots below the sea surface. And today, I still do not regret this decision!
