I passed a diving exam in Fiesa the »birthplace« of almost all of the Slovenian divers. I also checked my photo equipment at this place. I have also made some dives at Punta in Piran, which is the most attractive diving spot at Slovenian seacoast. However I was diving in river Ljubljanica where I was searching for the motors of my clumsy friends. On the 1. Open Slovenian championship of underwater photography in Piran on 1999 I have had bad luck. Salt water came in my flesh and destroyed it completely. It is never so bad that it couldn't be badly. One hour later salt water came in also in my underwater housing and destroyed my camera, too. I was completely unmotivated. I lost all the chances to win good result in total classification. Beside this has happened one week before my departure to Malaysia, only. However I won in category »Creative photography«. In the remaining week I was able to find and buy a new flesh and I borrowed the underwater camera from my friend Uroš who had the same camera, Canon EOS 100. Many thanks Uroš!
